If any product should malfunction while used in its recommended environment during the applicable warranty period, AddOn Computer Products, at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge, provided the product or any part thereof has not been abused, misused, neglected, replaced, repaired, or modified. AddOn shall make the final determination as to the existence and cause of any defect. No warranty is made with respect to custom products produced to original Buyer specifications, except as specifically stated in writing by AddOn. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that neither AddOn nor any agent or representative of AddOn has made any warranty, promise or guarantee regarding the product or its suitability for any particular use except as expressly set forth herein. AddOn's warranty shall not be enlarged, diminished, or affected by, and no obligation or liability shall arise or grow out of, AddOn rendering of technical advice or service in connection with any product furnished there under. AddOn makes no representation or warranty whatsoever to Buyer with respect to the performance, appropriate use, safety or characteristics of the products, except as expressly provided herein. AddOn reserves the right to make modifications to both hardware and software without prior notification. Life-Time Warranty:
The following AddOn Computer products are covered by this warranty for life: memory and memory expansion boards, and Network Patch cables.

One-Year Warranty:
The following AddOn Computer products are covered by this warranty for a period of one (1) years from the date of original purchase: AddOn PCIe and PCI-X Network Interface Cards (NIC).

Two-Year Warranty:
The following AddOn Computer products are covered by this warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase: Mobile Mini 2.0 USB Drives, USB 2.0 Mobile KeyDrives, USB 2.0 Mobile Storage Drives, USB 2.0 Mobile SwingDrives, Micro Flash 1.1 USB Flash Drives, Micro Flash 2.0 USB Flash Drives, USB Security Key Fingerprint Flash Drive, USB 2.0 All-in-One Media Reader / Writer, MediaGear 9N4 Reader.

Three-Year Warranty:
The following AddOn Computer products are covered by this warranty for a period of Three (3) years from the date of original purchase: GBIC, SFP, XFP, SFP+, Xenpak and X2 network transceiver adapters and Media Converters.
